2010 Family Vacation Assistance

Pre-reserve your 2010 vacation and get a Rate Guarantee.

We guarantee that the 2010 rate for the home of your choice will not exceed the 2009 published regular rate or you may cancel your advance reservation and we will refund your $25 Advance Reservation Fee.

Don't be fooled by the media into thinking you can wait to book for 2010. If you wait too long you could miss out on the home or week of your choice. Six weeks this summer have completely sold out with another six summer weeks more than 95% occupied. You still have to book early to get the home or week you want.

You may pre-reserve the home of your choice for next year up to 51 weeks in advance with a $25 per week non-refundable deposit. The $25 Advance Reservation Fee will be credited to your reservation upon receipt of your signed lease. The $25 fee is fully transferable to another home or another week in the same home.

Surf or Sound Realty gives this year's guest first priority for the same home/same week next year. However, we must be notified by end of business day on the first Thursday of your stay. After which, the home will be released for advance reservation to other guests. Advance reservations are conditional upon your selected time period being made available by the owner.

2010 Easy Payment Installment Plan

Choose from our 3-payment plan or our 4-payment plan. We're flexible!

To help you fit your family vacation into next year's family budget, we are offering a 3-payment plan and a 4-payment plan providing you a choice of how you prefer to spread your payments over time and make your budgeting easier. We're flexible so you can choose the plan that best fits your needs.

With either of our Easy Payment Installment Plans, you only pay one 25% installment this year. The rest isn’t due until 2010. You won't need to worry about making a big payment all at once or experience the hassle of having to make a payment every month.

3-Payment Plan: The benefit of this plan is that half of your entire payment is not due until 30 days before your vacation begins! That gives you plenty of time to save up and avoid additional interest costs on your credit cards.

Example: if your vacation begins July 10, 2010:
- You only have one installment of 25%* due this year (November 15).
- Then you have two months before the second installment of 25% is due (January 15).
- Then another 5 months before the final installment is due (June 10 - 30 days prior to arrival).

4-Payment Plan: The benefit of this plan is that you have 4 equal payments of 25%* to make budgeting easier. Still, a quarter of your payment is not due until 30 days before your vacation begins!

Example: if your vacation begins July 10, 2010:
- You only have one installment of 25%* due this year (November 15).
- Then you have two months before the second 25% installment is due (January 15) and another two months before the third 25% is due (March 15).
- Your final 25% installment would be due June 10 - 30 days prior to arrival.

* If applicable, added to the first installment in both plans would be payment for optional Accidental Rental Damage Insurance and/or Travel Insurance.

For your convenience, installment payments can be made by any method of payment: VISA/MC, automatic bank draft, e-check or personal check (US funds). Choose one method for all payments or combine methods. We're flexible.

For additional savings, if you opt to pay by credit card, all 3 or 4 separate transactions will be subject to only one credit card convenience fee of $30 instead of three or four, a savings of up to $90. This $30 fee will not be collected until the second payment (January 15th).

Participation Details:

After you make your advance reservation for 2010, the sign-up form for plan participation will be provided along with your lease in October. To participate in our Easy Installment Payment Plan, you simply need to schedule the payments as detailed above using a Visa or MasterCard, automatic bank draft, e-check or personal check (US funds). If you choose to switch your scheduled payment method for any installment, simply call us at least 5 business days prior to the payment due date and we will make the change.

If your 2010 vacation arrival date is prior to April 15th then you would not have the option of the 4-payment plan.
