With that in mind we developed our "Leading Edge" program to keep your home ahead of the competition. Under the full-time guidance of a Senior Property Manager our homes are continually reviewed for the latest amenities and décor that rental guests desire. We understand that prospective guests have a wide variety of rental homes from which to choose and we are dedicated to making your home stand out amongst the competition. We also monitor how each home is performing weekly with the use of feedback from guest surveys, so that we can make timely recommendations for peak performance. Like any great team we never rest on the past as we continually plan for the future.

Getting the Most for Your Dollars

All property managers charge for their services but not all charge for their services in the same manner. Do not be deceived by the lowest management commission rate because, with the exception of Surf or Sound, it only tells part of the story. At Surf or Sound we believe in a straightforward fee structure. It is as important to understand what you are not paying for as it is to understand what is included in your management fee.

• Using your own home
• Credit card fees for guest reservations
