Off-Season Weeks (April 15 through May 26 and September 9 through October 29)
Private pools are available and the weekly rate includes use of the pool and pool heat (if pool heat is available on your pool). If your home has a heated pool and you do not wish to use the pool you may deduct $400 from the weekly rate.
Mid, In and Prime-Season Weeks (May 27 through September 8)
Pool heat is available during the Mid, In and Prime Seasons for an additional $300/week fee (non-prorated). Please check your home’s property details to see if pool heat is available on that particular pool.
During the Off Season weeks, pools that are equipped with heat will be set at 80 degrees when pool use is requested. However, pool temperature CANNOT be guaranteed. |
