OCEANFRONT Hatteras- Hatteras By The Sea This elegant home was specifically designed with REUNIONs in mind. With an elevator, handicap friendly features, and exquisite ocean views, REUNION is perfect for large, multi-generational gatherings. With seven master bedrooms, a pool, hot tub and loads of luxurious amenities, it's like staying at your own resort! The ground level features a game room with pool table, a powder room and three master bedrooms, one of which is handicap friendly with roll-in shower. Two master bedrooms are on the mid level, and two additional bedrooms share a full bath. A den provides alternate gathering space - or a quiet retreat - and double laundries make short work of wet towels. Up top is a spacious great room with two dining tables and views galore. Double kitchen appliances ensure that everyone who wants a hand at preparing a feast can take part, and clean-up is a breeze with two dishwashers. Two top-floor master bedrooms and an office command glorious views, as do the multi-level decks. Upgraded game room with game table, ice machine & pool table, new TV/DVDs in all bedrooms, refinished hardwood floors throughout, new deck and pool area furniture in 2007. Changes since 2008 catalog went to press: NEW! Theater room with 92" screen, overhead projector, tiered seating, and surround sound.
