The dining area with east and west facing windows offers both ocean and sound views. There is a screened porch off the dining area for morning coffee and a furnished sundeck with lots of southern exposure and excellent ocean views. The pool area features a large shaded seating area with convenient cabana half bath. The 35 ft pool is perfect for those morning laps, then step up to the first level deck for the bubbly hot tub.
