Close to Rodanthe fishing pier, grocery, restaurants and shops. This home was raised onto 12' pilings, making already great views even better, and allowing for under house parking. The ground level boasts an oceanside basketball goal, sand volleyball court, charcoal grill on a concrete slab, outdoor fish cleaning table and handy shower for sandy excursions to the beach. On the first level are two oceanside bedrooms with sliding doors overlooking the water and opening up to a shaded deck with hot tub. The bunk room, a fourth bedroom with two singles and hall bath complete this floor. The second level has a master bedroom, a cozy great room with electric log fireplace, generous kitchen and dining area and an additional half bath. The great room opens to a covered wrap-around deck with ample deck furniture and incredible oceanviews. 10% discount for any 2 week stay.
