OCEANVIEW Buxton - Diamond Point Estates Location is what the PLAYHOUSE is all about. Your kids will love the fact that the house is within view of the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse. You can see the famous light sweeping over the house at night. Just about 900 feet from the ocean, the house has direct beach access near the Lighthouse jetties. As the name suggests, kids and adults will find more than enough to keep them entertained for a week's vacation or more. On the first level is a game room with pool table, a full bath, and two bedrooms. The swimming pool and hot tub are accessed from this level. On the second level are two bedrooms that share a hall bath, plus a master bedroom. The master and one other bedroom open onto a shared deck. On the third floor, the kitchen is spacious, with a breakfast bar for back-seat cooks. The large great room features a stone fireplace and a home-theater system. The dining area is just off the kitchen. A screened porch with a picnic table and a furnished sundeck grace this level.The skytop deck above the screened porch offers panoramic ocean views. From the third level is a set of stairs leading to a fourth level loft with dramatic views.
