Relaxation is the order of the day as you stroll along the nearby wide beach, or relax in the 5 person hot tub. An all weather entrance opens to a game room with foosball table, TV, stereo, and half bath. the middle level has 3 bedrooms (1 master) all with direct access to a large shaded deck. The third floor offers a spacious great room with cathedral ceiling, large kitchen, and a master bedroom with Jacuzzi and direct access to sundeck with nice views of both ocean and sound. You will be in no hurry while you are here and in no hurry to leave SENZA FRETTA. Changes since 2008 catalog went to press: New ceramic tile in game room, new furnishings and carpet in great room, freshly painted in game room, kitchen, and living area, new hot tub and new outdoor park grill.
