It offers views of both the ocean and sound from spacious, well-furnished upper and lower decks, a large screened porch w/picnic table, a large living/dining area w/cathedral ceiling and loft, and carpeting throughout. Entry level has utility room with washer/dryer; main level has living/dining and kitchen areas, 1 bedroom, and 1 bath; upper level has 2 bedrooms, loft, and 1 bath. New carpeting throughout in 2008 and new upper deck and railings for 2009.
