OCEANVIEW Rodanthe - Mirlo Beach Located at the extreme north end of Rodanthe on the soundside of Hwy. 12, this 2,500 square foot home is all about views. On the border of Pea Island National Wildlife Refuge, it has no neighbors to the north, so all you'll see is ocean, dunes, ponds, and Pamlico Sound. It is on a quiet cul-de-sac with the community tennis court and boardwalk to the beach. A double carport provides all-weather entry. The ground level has a recreation room, wet bar, and easy access to the pool and patio. The middle level features a master suite, two additional bedrooms, and a den with sofa bed. The master, one bedroom, den, and hall bathroom open to a large shaded deck with a hot tub. The top floor great room, master suite (with whirlpool bath), and dining room have walls of windows. The kitchen with breakfast bar provides lots of cooking and storage space. The great room and master open onto a long, furnished deck that provides unobstructed panoramic views from sunrise to sunset.
