Close proximity to Rodanthe Pier means plenty of family activities nearby, while a private pool, hot tub, and ocean and sunset views provide fun and relaxation right at home. Wraparound decks ensure that everyone gets a chance to feel a SOUTHERN BREEZE and Carolina sunshine. The ground level features a rec room with pool table and wet bar, and two bedrooms that share a full bath. On the mid level there's a master bedroom, one bedroom with semi-private bath and two bedrooms sharing a connecting bath. A powder room is located between mid and top levels. Up on top, you'll find a great room with vaulted ceilings, 37" flat screen TV/DVD/VCR, wet bar and fireplace, plus a kitchen and dining area, and a master bedroom with whirlpool tub and gull's eye views. Changes since 2008 catalog went to press: New sofa in living area, new flat screen TVs & new DVD/VCRs in many bedrooms, and new 37" flat screen TV in great room, for a total of 9 TVs, 8 DVD players, and 9 VCRs. New pub table in game room.
