Dune Crab is not packed with bedrooms, it was designed for you to find your own space, indoors or out, in every season. This expansive four level handicapped friendly home with an elevator provides easy beach access with the wheelchair friendly boardwalk. Make a splash in the glimmering private pool with relaxing built-in whirlpool, or lounge around on the spacious poolside patio with Tiki bar. The first floor has a wet bar, pool table, TV, and laundry area. The second level has an awesome big-screen entertainment center, three bedrooms (each with private bath); two are suites with ocean views that open onto a shaded oceanside deck. The third level is the heart of the house, a huge great room with sofas, an open kitchen with wrap around bar, fireplace and wall to wall glass for unparalleled Atlantic views opening onto a wide furnished oceanfront deck. Dine indoors on the large indoor table, the small breakfast table, or just outside on the south side screened porch w/hammock, which is just off of the kitchen. The fourth level with another fireplace, features two additional master suites (one w/handicapped friendly bath) and more oceanside seating with endless views, opening to a furnished sundeck with hot tub. Many upgrades in 2007 including fresh paint, new cabinetry and furnishings, a total of 4 TVs and 4 Stereo/CD players, new hammock, & new gas grill. New private swimming pool with built-in whirlpool and Tiki bar for 2008.
