OCEANFRONT Waves- Bold Dune Drive From the vantage at TOPGALLANT, you'll get awesome views of the Atlantic Ocean and Pamlico Sound and get a feel for how narrow the island really is. The ground floor of this 2,500 square foot home features two covered carports, a dry entry, two hot/cold enclosed outdoor showers, an outdoor half bath and laundry room. The first floor includes two master suites with private baths and two other bedrooms that share a semi-private hall bath. The two oceanside bedrooms open onto the shaded wrap-around deck, including a bubbly hot tub on the southwest corner. On the top level is an enormous great room facing the ocean with cathedral ceiling and fireplace. A wide oceanfront sundeck with views galore wraps around to the side of the home and a screened porch on the southwest corner next to the dining area. The kitchen has a wide breakfast bar for casual breakfasts and lunches. Of course, the grand spiral staircase and ship's watch/tower with ocean to sound views are the crowning jewels. The tower room with a queen sleeper sofa may be used as a fifth bedroom.
