This level has a laundry nook with washer and dryer. The top floor great room is expansive with vaulted ceilings and sliders that open onto a wide furnished deck that features stunning ocean and sound views for spectacular sunrises and sunsets. You will love the modern, well-equipped kitchen with large breakfast bar, large dining area and a convenient powder room.
