OCEANFRONT Avon- Pamlico Court No monkey business here, just great vacation fun! MONKEY’S BEACH HOUSE, in private North Avon, was built with your every vacation need in mind. The ground level has a carport and dry entry via the four-stop elevator. The first floor features 1 bedroom w/twin beds, 1 bath, and game room with billiard table, TV/VCR, and wet bar w/refrigerator. The rec room opens to an oceanside deck with two H/C outdoor showers and then steps down to the private pool and hot tub. The second floor features five bedrooms including 3 master suites w/king beds and TVs/DVDs, and 4 full baths. Two master suites open to a 10' shaded oceanside deck with views so good you can watch the waves break on the beach. The third master suite is fully handicapped friendly, including a roll-in shower. The queen bedroom and bedroom w/singles on this level each have their own TV and share a hall bath. The third level's large, well-appointed great room has wall-to-wall windows and stunning ocean to sound views. The great room features a built-in entertainment center with home theater and surround sound, fireplace, and second sitting area. The well-designed kitchen with wet bar/prep area is perfect for entertaining. The great room opens to a stepped down 12' sundeck and incredible panoramic views. A fourth master suite is also on this level and features a hardwood floor, cathedral ceiling, Jacuzzi for two, and TV/DVD. Don't monkey around; this one-of-a-kind home won't last long.
All homes provide pillows and blankets for each bed. A pyramid bunk has a single bed on top and either a double or queen bed on the bottom. A trundle is a single bed that pulls out from beneath another bed.
