The queen bedroom and bedroom w/singles on this level each have their own TV and share a hall bath. The third level's large, well-appointed great room has wall-to-wall windows and stunning ocean to sound views. The great room features a built-in entertainment center with home theater and surround sound, fireplace, and second sitting area. The well-designed kitchen with wet bar/prep area is perfect for entertaining. The great room opens to a stepped down 12' sundeck and incredible panoramic views.
