New for 2011: Gas grill, new duvet covers, blankets, pillows, sofa table, resurfaced pool table, reupholstered wicker chair and new spa cover, spa pump and spa cover lift. New in 2010: new carpet throughout the home, new great room furniture (including queen sleeper sofa) and bar stools. In addition, all sliding doors have been furbished with black out curtains providing a comfortable sleep and protection from the heat in the hot summer months. The hot tub has also been made more private with the installation of additional privacy fencing.
