SOUNDSIDE Salvo - Wind Over Waves Located in exclusive Wind Over Waves with sound access and community boat ramp, you'll start your vacation by stepping inside the lower level through an all-weather entrance and loading up the elevator. You'll be distracted by the game room (with a billiard table, full bathroom, wet bar and refrigerator) that opens to your sparkling private swimming pool and large 8-person hot tub in poolside screened-in Tiki bar. There are also two bedrooms on this level, one with a pyramid bunk, TV, and semi-private bath, and a queen master suite with TV. Around the corner, you'll be amazed to find the awesome home theater room with 80" screen and surround sound! The washer and dryer are also on this level. Upstairs on the second level you'll find four queen master suites, each with TV, and one w/roll-in shower and other handicapped friendly features. Two bedrooms open directly to a shaded rear deck. The top floor is impressive w/king master suite featuring a tray ceiling, TV, private deck access & bathroom w/double vanity, separate shower and a luxurious whirlpool tub. The dining room, great room and kitchen have dramatic vaulted ceilings. The dining room opens to the rear deck and the tiled kitchen has double dishwashers, a pantry, and large breakfast bar for additional seating. Just beyond the powder room is a delightful alcove/sitting area that opens to the covered front porch. PEABODY will be a home you return to often!
