SEMI-SOUNDFRONT Rodanthe- Cross of Honor Way Your stay in NEVIN'S TUITION will teach you how a vacation is supposed to be. Start with sound access right in front of the house across the quiet side street, complete with a boardwalk. Windsurfers and kite boarders will appreciate the space to rig and inflate your kite. Add to that a spectacular view of the sound and ocean, and round it out with a great selection of amenities. This 5 bedroom home filled with exotic Polynesian decor has it all. The private swimming pool and bubbly hot tub, have direct access to a convenient half bath which then leads into the ground level game room, complete with pool table and wet bar with mini-refrigerator and microwave. There is also a master bedroom with pyramid bunk, TV, VCR, DVD and slider to the deck overlooking the pool. Step up to the mid level for 3 king master bedrooms, each with TV, DVD and slider to deck (2 with sound views). Also on this level is a seating area with TV and Playstation 2. Halfway up the stairs is a half bath convenient to both the mid and top level. The top level of the home has the great room loaded with windows for fantastic sunset viewing and wrap-around views of both the ocean and the sound! The kitchen has all that you need to prepare your meals, and the dining area has ample seating for the family. Enjoy a movie in front of the Plasma TV home theater system with DVD and surround sound, or step up for a quiet cup of coffee in the captain's watch. The top level king master suite offers TV, DVD and slider to a private balcony with a stunning sound view. Direct access to the beach is only a short walk via the community boardwalk and just across NC 12.
