OCEANFRONT Avon - Fitzwater Ct. If you want more than just a FINEVIEW, then you need to stay in this adorable oceanfront cottage. A lot of care was put into the beach themed island decor, but it doesn't take away from the simply magnificent views of the Atlantic. The bottom level of the home is where you'll find the 4 bedrooms, each with its own TV. The two queen bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bath, while the other two bedrooms, one with a double and one with 2 single beds share a hall bath. The washer/dryer are also conveniently located on this level. Upstairs is home to the bright great room with high ceilings, foosball table and home theater system with flat screen TV, VCR, DVD, 5-disc CD changer and surround sound. There is a fun Tiki theme wet bar where it is always 5 o'clock, and 2 large sliders that lead out onto the expansive sundeck. Also on this level is a powder room, the dining area and the kitchen with breakfast bar. This is a fun home for any family vacation, and it truly has more than just AVON'S FINEVIEW.
