The family can congregate in the mid level great room with inviting furnishings, kitchen with filtered water and breakfast bar, and sunset dining indoors or on the adjacent screened porch or covered deck. At the end of a long day on the water, retire to the queen bedroom w/TV and semi-private bath, or retreat to one of 2 bedrooms on the third level that share a full bath, one with two singles & TV, and one with a queen bed and TV.
