SEMI-OCEANFRONT Avon- Kinnakeet Shores A relaxing and fun vacation is the name of the game at CHECKMATE beginning with its expansive private pool. Spend an afternoon relaxing on the beach, with easy access to the beach boardwalk right across the street, or head inside and cook up a quick post-beach snack with the wet bar w/microwave. Just around the corner is the game room with full refrigerator, pool table, CD player and TV/VCR. There's also a bedroom with 2 bunks, TV/DVD and semi-private bath nearby. For a mental break, relax in one of four bedrooms on the second level. There are two master bedrooms, (a king and a queen), each with TV/DVDs and ocean views, a bedroom with two singles and TV/DVD that accesses the hall bath along with a queen bedroom with easy access to the hot tub on the second level deck. Upstairs, you'll find one more king master bedroom with TV and ocean views. Plan to spend your evenings in the great room with gas log fireplace, home theater system with 42" flat screen TV w/surround sound, VCR/DVD, and stereo. There is also a fax machine and printer for those working vacations. The kitchen is well equipped for the family chef, and everyone can enjoy seafood suppers in the dining area, or outside on the deck with blue-hued views. Your vacation strategy is simple, because everyone wins when you make your move to CHECKMATE.Changes since 2008 catalog went to press: NEW! Wireless high speed internet access, new 42" flat screen TV with surround sound and VCR/DVD player in living area. New large capacity stackable washer and dryer. New stereo with poolside and hot tub speakers. This home no longer offers a high chair, crib, and play pen.
