Between the brilliant sunset colors, the visiting sea and shore birds, and the acrobatics of kite boarders in the sound, you'll come home with the photos of a lifetime. This is one of the island's best and least crowded windsurfing areas with room for everyone to enjoy the waters of the sound. Wind and kite boarders and kayakers can launch from a private site reached by a ground-level boardwalk. Kids love to wade in the shallow water or paddle their boogie boards. There is plenty of space to store equipment. WIND DREAMIN's first floor is handicapped friendly. Start with a drive-up ramp connecting to the shaded deck, boardwalk and gazebo. A convenient plus for anyone, this ramp allows easy unloading into the kitchen and living areas. No hauling groceries up stairs in this house! The first floor features a roomy floorplan with great room, kitchen and dining area, a master bedroom with large wheelchair friendly bathroom and a second bedroom. The second floor includes a master suite, two large bedrooms, and full and half bathrooms. Walk from your room through the sliders onto a sundeck overlooking the sound. A perfect place to enjoy the expansive view or catch some quiet time on the built-in benches.
