OCEANFRONT Hatteras - Lighthouse Rd. REJUVENATION, a nine-bedroom/ nine-full and one-half bath home in the prestigious Hatteras by the Sea oceanfront community, is alluring and comfortable. The top floor is open with wet bar, half bath, living and dining spaces, and a large kitchen. The kitchen has two refrigerators, two wall ovens, two dishwashers, and a bar that seats five near the 12-seat dining table. The top floor has a wall of windows, mesmerizing views of the ocean, and a screened porch.

The home has eight master bedrooms, all with private ensuite baths. Seven are master king bedrooms. The final master bedroom features two single beds and an accessible bathroom including both a roll-in shower and roll under sink. The ninth bedroom, new in 2023, has two pyramid bunks and is located on the same floor as the game room. The game room has foosball, pool, and ping-pong tables. The theater room, newly added in 2021, has 3 sofas and a large-screen TV on the wall.

The two levels of master bedrooms each have a washer and dryer. The all-level elevator makes bringing in bags, food, and people easy. The game room has a refrigerator, sink, and microwave. All three refrigerators make ice.

The in-ground pool has a kiddie pool attached and an eight-person hot tub awaits on the pool deck. The final bathroom opens to the pool deck to make hanging out by the pool easier without having to go back to your room while you relax poolside or under the tiki bar!
