Located in a quiet subdivision with easy access to the wide and pristine beaches right out the back door. The ground level of this home features a dry entry into the home and carport with direct access to the elevator which makes unloading luggage and groceries a breeze. The sparkling private pool is accompanied by a large deck area with 7-person hot tub, enclosed double outdoor showers, 6 ft. privacy fence and resort-style pool loungers and seating for the whole family.
The first level of the home features a game room with 7 ft. pool table, 85-inch Smart TV with surround sound, full size arcade console (with 60 games), pub-style seating, convenient half bath, laundry area, and kitchenette with full size refrigerator and microwave which is perfect for keeping and preparing pool snacks. Also on this level are two master suites; one with king bed and 32-inch Smart TV and the other with double bunks and 50-inch Smart TV.
The second level of the home features five master suites; four with king beds and one handicapped friendly with two single beds and roll-in shower with grab bars and fold-down shower seat. Additionally, one of the king master suites features double vanity, large tiled shower (dual heads), walk-in closet, private balcony and 55-inch Smart TV. There is also a laundry room conveniently located on this level.
The third level features an expansive great room that will keep the family entertained with Smart TV and surround sound system, 20’ cathedral ceilings, and floor to ceiling windows that accentuate the panoramic ocean views. The entire crew can join together for meals overlooking the ocean with two dining tables and seating for 16 persons as well as additional 5 seats at raise bar in kitchen. Cooking is a delight in the gourmet kitchen with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances including two dishwashers, microwave, 5 burner gas cooktop, double wall oven, French door refrigerator and undercounter beverage center/wine cooler. New for 2023: Casey’s Place is getting rejuvenated with all new coastal-inspired furnishings and luxury décor for the great room, dining room, and bar seating (accommodating up to 20 guests), as well as a newly created conversation area offering stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean. Casey's Place no longer offers pool heat.
New for 2022: New hardwood floors and carpeting throughout, new poly wood deck and poolside furnishings, new resort style pool loungers, new 7-person hot tub, new gas grill, new full size arcade console (with 60 games), new bedding and décor, upgraded electronics including 10 new smart TV’s ranging from 43”- 85” (Hulu and Netflix provided on all TV’s), surround sound systems for great room and recreation room, new gas cooktop, double ovens, two dishwashers, French door refrigerator and undercounter beverage center/wine cooler. There is also a new refrigerator in the game room and the 4th level Ocean Watch Lounge has all new furniture and décor.
