New for 2022: Now dog friendly. This home has new owners and there are a lot of exciting updates for the new season. All new paint and ceiling fans throughout the home, new coastal artwork, and various new furniture throughout. The sitting room has been converted into a game room featuring a new full size arcade machine, shuffleboard, and Smart 55" TV. There is a new theater room with new furniture, and the current study has been updated to a home office nook with new furniture. All new great room furniture. The kitchen bar area features four new stools and the wet bar features a new under-counter refrigerator. Bedrooms feature new bedspreads, ceiling fans, and new Smart TVs. Lots of small touches including new faucets and showerheads in the bathrooms, newly painted chairs in the oceanside dining room, new latching mechanisms on all the sliding glass doors, new soft close hinges on the kitchen and bathroom cabinets, and more. Exterior renovations include new outdoor heating/cooling units with new Google Nest thermostats, new Built to Last® outdoor furniture, and a new gas grill for dining al fresco.
