About This Home

OCEANFRONT Avon- Pamlico Court Whatever your HEART'S DESIRE, you'll find it at this beautifully designed home. The first floor features a large living room with a cathedral ceiling, lots of windows, a built-in entertainment center, a large well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, a separate dining room with wall-to-wall windows and table seating for 10, two bedrooms (1 with queen & single, 1 with 3 sets of bunks) each with TV, a full bath, an oceanside deck with bubbly 6 person hot tub, and a soundside sundeck to observe the wonderful sunsets. The top floor features two bedrooms, two baths, and a second living area. One bedroom is a master suite with king bed, private bath, TV, and oceanfront deck. The second bedroom also has a king bed, TV, and a deck with seating to catch the beautiful sunset sky. A second bath is off the hallway. There is a separate oceanfront living area with a bay window, table and chairs, and excellent ocean views, the perfect place to read or play games.
