You will have to factor the private pool, surrounded by a new deck housing plenty of chairs, a tiki bar, and a 8-person hot tub, into your choices. Those feeling a competitive spirit will love the basketball hoop outside and the recreation room just inside on the first level featuring a pool table, poker table, and a 55” flat screen TV plus a full bar area with a full-size refrigerator and microwave to keep snacks and drinks at the ready. The first level also features three bedrooms: a master queen with private bath and a pyramid bunk room with a trundle and a room with two singles that share a jack-and-jill bath.
