The comforts of this home include a private pool for a splash of fun. Inside the first level of the home, the game room offers more entertainment at the pool table and accompanying wet bar. There are two bedrooms on this level, one queen master suite, with private bath and a bunk room (double bed over double bed) that uses the bath shared with the game room. The mid-level is home to three more bedrooms, a king master suite and two queen bedrooms that share a full hall bathroom. All bedrooms on this level have access to the deck with sound views and soothing hot tub. All bedrooms in the home come equipped with a 32" TV. The top-level features one more king master suite and the grand great room surrounded by windows and heightened by vaulted ceilings. A large flat screen TV is available to the group and doors lead out onto the top deck with splendid views of the Pamlico Sound and some of the best sunsets in Salvo. The dining area is located next to the well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, double oven, and breakfast bar for additional seating. A few steps up is a cozy crow's nest with a home office equipped with a desk and monitor. The home is located on the closest lot to the beach in the Wind Over Waves neighborhood and has community conveniences that make it the perfect location for soundside windsports and fun with a boat ramp and pier into the sound just a short walk from the home. New for 2023: Exciting 2023 updates at Family Tides! Kitchen renovation featuring all new cabinets, granite counter tops, and backsplash. New furniture in the great room plus a newly remodeled built-in entertainment center with a wine and beverage cooler! Home will no longer have a basketball hoop or volleyball net.
New for 2022: All new flooring in bedrooms and throughout second floor. Replaced all carpet on stairs with hardwood treads and new wainscot risers. Crow’s nest is now a home office. New Polywood outdoor pool furniture, new mattresses, new living room furniture and updated décor.
