New for 2024: Sit back and relax in the new top-level game/media room with a new Smart TV, comfortable seating, and games to play. Nestled between two single bedrooms and overlooking the second-level great room, this will be the spot the kids will gravitate to every evening after a day of fun under the sun. New 6-person hot tub. A new pool fence will expand the area around the pool. New siding and doors. Kitchen renovation including a new layout, new countertops and cabinets, and new appliances. New flooring in the great room, dining area, and kitchen.
New for 2023: Surf Shack will be a Sunday check-in.
