About This Home

CANALFRONT Avon - Cobia Way SUN KIST is ripe with conveniences and amenities that make for a sweet vacation experience. The concrete driveway and carport lead to an under house laundry room that is large enough for stowing watersports gear. Take the 2 kayaks to the boat dock and launch directly into the quiet canal, or launch your own paddleboard or small skiff. Step inside to find three comfortable bedrooms, including two queen bedrooms that have slider access to the deck where the hot tub resides. The fully equipped, spacious kitchen has plenty of space for multiple cooks and a breakfast bar provides additional seating to compliment the adjacent dining area. Venture out onto the deck through the slider for SUN KIST conversation. Climb to the crow's nest for views of both ocean and sound.
