NEW FOR 2022: New owners have completely renovated what was Surf N Sea to be FINTASTIC WAVES! Every level boasts new LVP flooring, fresh paint, and updated furniture and décor. The kitchen is completely remodeled, including new countertops, cabinets, and appliances. The game room is upgraded and features a new pool table. There have been updates to the second level master bathroom, every bedroom on every floor has new mattress, and there are new TVs throughout. Outside, the pool area will be updated with Trex® decking, and the pool and deck areas offer new Built to Last® furniture. There is a brand-new hot tub deck, a new outdoor bathroom shower, and a nautical rope that leads straight to the beach only steps away.
