OCEANFRONT Avon- Kinnakeet Dr. To set the perfect tone for your vacation, pick SURF TONES. This north Avon home sets the standard for oceanfront views. The first level has four bedrooms. The 2 oceanfront rooms share a bath, and there is a second bath off the hallway. The two queen bedrooms open directly to a sheltered, wraparound deck with great ocean-to-sound views and a hot tub. The expansive upstairs great room with cathedral ceiling and floor to ceiling windows is light and open and offers beautiful ocean to sound views in all directions and plenty of room for reading, relaxing, or entertainment at the game table. The chef in your group will love the kitchen with handy breakfast bar, and you can watch the surf meet the shore from your dining room table. The great room opens to a wide wrap-around sundeck with furniture and seats for all directions.

After you have spent the day adventuring, bring your favorite beverage up to the new crow's nest deck and watch the mesmerizing sunset view or the starry night sky. Looking to bring along more loved ones on your Hatteras Island getaway? The two bedrooms currently featuring single beds are being converted. One will feature a queen bed, and the other bedroom will feature both a pyramid bunk and a single bunk bed. The southeast, ocean-facing bedroom, formerly a queen, will now feature a king bed. Room for more in 2024!
New for 2023: New great room furniture. New quilts, lamps, and art throughout.
