A short set of steps leads to the first level which boasts a game room with pool table and foosball, along with other comforts including a 65" Smart TV with a game console including 60 games, kitchenette with refrigerator, and a half bath. There is access to the outside deck, leading you to the sparkling pool, large 8-person hot tub for a soothing soak, and a poolside bar to enjoy a refreshing beverage. This level also has a master bedroom with pyramid bunks featuring a 60" Smart TV as well as a theater room with a 75" home theater system and stadium seating.
You'll find five master bedrooms on the second level, each with Smart TVs, and the laundry room with sink and linen closet are located nearby. For secluded contemplation, there is a quiet lounge with a wet bar, refrigerator, entertainment center and access to a shaded deck.
The top level has two master bedrooms with Smart TVs, one featuring a large whirlpool tub. The well-equipped kitchen has 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, dual wall ovens, 6 burner cooktop, and expansive breakfast bar. New for 2023: New great room furniture. New bedding and art throughout the home. LVP flooring has been installed on the top and first level. A game console has been added to the game room consisting of 60 games. Outside, Adirondack furniture has been added to the pool area as well as a pool basketball. Windsurfing sail storage rack added. 60" Smart TV added to the bunk room. 65" Smart TV has been replaced in the game room. 75" Smart TVs in both the theater room and the great room. New gas grill.
