The pool area will feature brand-new updated pool furniture and a deck sound system. New 10-person hot tub on the pool deck. Inside, every bedroom and bathroom will be updated with fresh paint and new furniture. Every mattress will be replaced. Every television will be upgraded to a Smart TV that streams your favorite subscription channels, movies, and shows. The game room will host an L-shaped couch and an 80” Smart TV with a sound system. The ground-level bunk room will boast new bunk frames, the first-level middle master bedroom facing the ocean will be converted to a king master bedroom, and the first-level pyramid bunk frames will be updated.
