Located on a quiet street with easy access to a stunning Hatteras beach. The ground level of the home features 2 carports and dry entry into the home with immediate all-level elevator access to make unloading luggage and groceries a breeze. The sparkling swimming pool is accompanied by a large deck area for lounging and adjacent underhouse area with granite countertop for relaxing in the shade.
The first level of the home features the game room with 8 ft. pool table, large flat screen TV, pub-style seating, convenient half bath and a wet bar with full size refrigerator, wine cooler, and microwave perfect for storing and preparing beach and pool snacks. Also on this level are two oceanfront master bedrooms with king beds and sliders to the oceanfront deck containing the bubbly hot tub, plus two more master bedrooms, one with queen and one with pyramid bunk and regular bunk.
The second level of the home features the spacious media lounge with large flat screen TV home theater system with TV, BluRay player and surround sound. Relax in the four reclining theater seats or the comfortable sofa and enjoy the convenient wet bar with mini-fridge.
